Use the Job Offer Talks and minimize the Confidence Gap!
The Job Offer Talks give visitors the opportunity to exchange information with potential employers about specific job vacancies. The aim is to address women who might not have applied for a job offer because, in their opinion, they do not meet the requirements 100 percent. The offer is based on studies that show the Confidence Gap that the majority of women only apply for jobs when they fully meet the requirements.
With the Job Offer Talk, the career fair wants to start at exactly this point and promote the dialogue between applicants and companies in the preparation of an application. In the Job Offer Talks, applicants are encouraged to take on new challenges.
Use the designated stand area “Job-Offer-Talk” for this purpose with up to 12 people or carry out the up to 45 minutes exchange directly at your stand (from 9m²) with up to 6 people.
