Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dietrich von der Oelsnitz studied economics and business psychology at the Technical University of Braunschweig and the Georg-August University of Göttingen. He received his Ph.D. in 1993 and his habilitation in 1999. He currently heads the Institute for Business Administration and Organization at the Technical University of Braunschweig. His main areas of research are strategic management, business cooperation (company alliances and teams), and leadership. In addition, he works as a consultant, especially in the automotive industry and the service sector. His new book “De/MUT” deals with the current changes in our working world and the resulting “new” leadership ethos.
