Laura is currently Chief Financial Officer at Allianz Versicherungs-AG, prior to that she was Chief Executive Officer for Corporate Clients and Human Resources at Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG and before that she managed the office of the CEO of Allianz SE, Oliver Bäte. After studying international business administration in Reutlingen and in Boston, Laura spent 7 years at McKinsey & Company advising companies in the insurance and banking sectors in Germany and abroad. In 2014, Laura moved to Allianz where she has held various management positions. She is passionate about equality and has launched the #equalpension initiative, which draws attention to the gender gap in retirement provision. For this, she won BeyondGenderAgenda’s 2021 German Diversity Award in the gender category. Laura is a mother of 2 little boys (3 and 7 years old).
