Vita: Carina Lebsack ist Head of Corporate Sustainability & Circularity der Würth Group und verantwortet mit ihrer Abteilung den Weg zu einer klimagerechten, zirkulären Wirtschaftsweise mit über 400 internationalen Würth-Gesellschaften. Mit einem Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaft und Kultur- & Freizeitmanagement ist sie 2010 in die Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG als Trainee im Bereich Personal eingestiegen und hat anschließend eine Weiterbildung zur Corporate Responsibility Managerin gemacht. Mit ihren 12 Jahren Würth-Erfahrung ist sie nicht nur eine geschätzte Würth-Persönlichkeit im Unternehmen, sondern auch eine Vorreiterin im Bereich der »Circular Economy« bzw. der zirkulären Wirtschaftsweise. Ziel hierbei ist es, Ressourcen dauerhaft zu erhalten, indem sie am Ende des Wertschöpfungsprozesses in immer wiederkehrenden Stoffströmen gehalten werden. Carina ist sich sicher, insbesondere Unternehmen müssen ihrer gesellschaftlichen Verantwortung im Kampf gegen den Klimawandel, aber auch ihrer wirtschaftlichen Verantwortung zur Sicherung ihrer eigenen Geschäftstätigkeit und Arbeitsplätze nachkommen. Ihre Passion wurde 2021 von der Wirtschaftszeitschrift Capital geehrt, indem sie zu einer der »Top 40 unter 40« in Deutschland ernannt wurde.
