Vita: Sophia Krayl ist Innovation Specialist in der globalen Vorentwicklung der AGCO Corporation, einem globalen Landtechnikkonzern, zu dem die Marke Fendt gehört. Ihr Interesse an Projektmanagement und -koordination wurde bereits im Praktikum bei der AUDI AG geweckt. Nach ihrem Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen folgte der duale Master im technischen Innovations- und Produktmanagement in Kooperation mit der AGCO GmbH. Seit Abschluss ihres Studiums koordiniert sie standortübergreifend globale Vorentwicklungsprojekte und unterstützt in der Umsetzung innovativer Ideen. Zudem organisiert sie Hochschulkooperationen, Förderprojekte und unterstützt die zukünftigen Roadmaps des Unternehmens.

Vita: Ingrid Bußjäger-Martin absolvierte ihr Studium der Betriebswirtschaft an der Universität Augsburg und machte eine Fortbildung zum Certified International Accountant. Seit über 20 Jahren ist sie in verschiedenen Rollen beim US-Konzern AGCO Corporation tätig, einem der weltweit größten Hersteller und Anbieter von Traktoren und Landmaschinen. Sie leitete die Finanz- und Controllingabteilung in Deutschland, sammelte internationale Projekterfahrung in SAP-Rollouts und arbeitete an einer globalen Definition der Geschäftsprozesse im internationalen Umfeld. Weitere Meilensteine waren die Einführung von Risiko- und Compliancesystemen sowie die Verantwortung der IT-Landschaft. Seit 2020 ist Ingrid Bußjäger-Martin in der Geschäftsführung der deutschen Standorte und Gesellschaften.
