Details about the speaker Ada Magdalena Drazek
Vita: Ada studied Communication Sciences and English linguistics at LMU Munich, she did her masters degree at the university Augsburg and Catolica in Lisbon. She started as a working student in communications at Airbus in July 2018, consequently she joined the communications department in January 2020 where she worked as a communications advisor for the Airbus Defence and Space sector, in April 2022 she then joined the Employment Marketing department.

Vita: Gleyce Kastl Lima studied Business Administration in Brazil, where she was born. She has more than 20 years international experience in different areas such as HR, Marketing, Procurement, Contracts, Export bids and Finance. Since 2018 she feels personally and professionally fulfilled working with Culture Evolution and Inclusion & Diversity at Airbus. Her mission is to create a higher level of Inclusion & Diversity awareness, striving for an inclusive environment in which people feel they belong to, bringing their best self to the world. She believes that Diversity, in an inclusive environment, is a powerful source of well-being, innovation and engagement, increasing business performance. Her motto is love it, change it, learn from it.

Vita: Christine Riedmann is HR Specialist and mother of 3 kids with a high focus on values, purpose and cultural fit. She is a Business Psychologist with 20 years of experience in an international working environment. During her career she managed the Employment Marketing and Recruiting activities on multiple locations, managed more than 50 HR projects, coached several teams and individuals to discover and live shared values and bring leadership to a value driven level. She enjoys giving lectures to students in her free time at Hochschule Fresenius Munich and is engaged in developing leaders in social institutions. She is a mountain lover, lifelong learner, fully convinced that values are not nice to have but essential for shaping healthy working cultures.
