Vita: Im Jahr 2001 ist Ivonne Gassmann bei Hays gestartet und hat die Bedürfnisse der Kundenunternehmen und Fachkräfte von der Pike auf gelernt. In den vielen Jahren hat sie und später ihr Team Kundenunternehmen mit großem und kleinen Personalbedarf dabei geholfen, die richtigen Expertinnen und Experten für ihre Projekte zu finden und an sich zu binden. Ob im Bereich IT, Engineering oder weiteren Spezialisierungen. Sie ist inzwischen 21 Jahre bei Hays tätig und hat es von der Account Managerin zügig ins Topmanagement geschafft. Ihre persönlichen Interessen und ihre Expertise, die sie gerne mit anderen teilt: Gelebte Diversity für erfolgreiche Unternehmen und Personalplanung für KMU’s.
