Was macht eine florierende Community aus und wie hilft sie meiner persönlichen Entwicklung? Schwerpunkt des MeetUps sind 1. Formate, Tools, Anreize und Funktionalitäten, die zukünftige Netzwerke bieten müssen 2. welche Rolle spiele ich als Frau im Netzwerk (personal brand vs. Unternehmensvertretung) und 3. warum ist ein Netzwerk für Frauen, die in ihrer Karriereleiter noch nicht ganz oben angekommen sind, so superwichtig?

Vita: Lindi Utter ist Co-Founderin, ehemalige Vorstandsvorsitzende und aktuell Vorsitzende des Beirates der HR ROOKIES e.V., dem gemeinnützigen Verein zur Förderung des HR-Nachwuchses. Neben dem Ehrenamt führt sie das Institutes of Research & Data Aggregation, das mit der Metastudie der LEADING EMPLOYERS Unternehmen für ihre herausragenden Arbeitgebendenqualitäten auszeichnet und mit Hilfe von Analysen ihrer Talentkommunikation & Karrierewelt Optimierungspotenziale aufzeigt. Außerdem ist sie als Investorin im HR-Tech-Bereich unterwegs.
