Mein Quereinstieg im Prozessmanagement Glasfaserausbau
Ich berichte darüber, wie mich mein eigener Weg, durch einige Umwege inklusive einer beruflichen Umorientierung, zu M-net geführt hat. Wie man mit Frustration umgehen kann. Wie ich es gelernt habe, dass ich heute meine fünfköpfige Familie und meine beruflichen Interessen gut in Einklang bringe. Was es von meinen Führungskräften gebraucht hat, um auch mit Familie erfolgreich zu sein. Wie ich mir meine Zeit einteile und mir auch selbst Auszeiten können kann.

Vita: Mit meinem Studium der Politikwissenschaft habe ich mir meinen Traum erfüllt, denn die Theorien und Aussagen von Philosophen über das Zusammenleben von Menschen haben mich schon immer sehr fasziniert. Leider nach dem Studium, bei der Jobsuche, holte mich dann die Realität ein. Es gab keine guten Chancen für mich, beruflich mit der Politikwissenschaft gut Fuß zu fassen. Da ich aber während des Studiums als Werkstudentin in Changemanagementprojekten mitgearbeitet habe, habe beschlossen, mich in Richtung Projektmanagement und agiles Management weiterzubilden. Heute bin ich Daten-, und Prozessanalystin bei M-net.

Sie studierte Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und arbeitet seit nun inzwischen 8 Jahren in der IT. Seither schlägt ihr Herz für die Branche. Berna ist seit 5 Jahren bei der M-net Telekommunikations GmbH und leitet seit einem Jahr ein 10 köpfiges Team und fördert die agile Transformation des Unternehmens.
