Details about the speaker Carolin Burgstaller
Vita: Carolin Burgstaller ist studierte Grafikdesignerin und Marketingspezialistin. 2009 stieg sie als dritte Mitarbeiterin in die Arbeitgeberbewertungsplattform kununu ein und machte das StartUp als Führungskraft im Business Development innerhalb von 5 Jahren zu einer der größten europäischen Karriereplattformen Europas. Hier lag ihr Fokus auf der Beratung von KMUs und Großkonzernen rund um authentisches Employer Branding und dozierte zusätzlich in mehreren deutschen Universitäten in den Bereichen HR, Recruitment, Personalgewinnung, Employer Branding. Zwischen 2015 und 2021 positionierte Frau Burgstaller als Head of Marketing das Tech-Unternehmen Partium im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz für die Industrie als erfolgreiche Marke für Kunden und Talente.
Seit 2022 ist sie als Teamleiterin gesamtverantwortlich für das Employer Branding bei der 2.000 Mitarbeiter-starken CXM-Agentur Merkle in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz, die Teil des dentsu-Konzerns ist.
Neben ihrer beruflichen Liebe zum Employer Branding ist sie ausgebildeter systemischer Business-Coach und arbeitet ehrenamtlich als Mentorin für junge Frauen mit beruflichen und privaten Herausforderungen.
