Kickern, Nerf Guns, Star Wars… "Nerdkultur" spielt in vielen Entwicklungsteams eine integrative und verbindende Rolle und gehört für viele ganz selbstverständlich zum Techbereich. Firmen- und Teamkultur spielen beim Employer Branding und fürs tägliche Miteinander eine immer größere Rolle. In der agilen Produktentwicklung wird es immer wichtiger, möglichst viele unterschiedliche Blickwinkel an einen Tisch (oder Kicker :) zu kriegen. Worauf sollte man achten und wie kann man als Führungkraft und als Kolleg:in diverse Teams fördern, ohne Monokultur zu erzeugen?

Vita: In den vergangenen zehn Jahren arbeitete die promovierte Mathematikerin in mehreren Führungspositionen in den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung, Produktmanagement und agile Transformation. Durch diesen Werdegang liegen ihr die Themen Diversität und Women in Tech am Herzen. Steffi engagiert sich u.a. bei den Digital Media Women und leitet dort das Quartier Bodensee Oberschwaben. Darüber hinaus ist sie aktiv bei "Jugend hackt" und betreibt ein Streamingformat für Gleichberechtigung. Bei PAYBACK ist sie Abteilungsleiterin für Data Products & Services.
