Vita: Tulia is Europe’s Communication, Public Speaking & Leadership Expert for Women Who Want to Speak Up & Lead! Her background in architecture is her foundation to bring creative solutions to people's challenges. Her experience in leading positions in IT, plus being an entrepreneur for over 15 years, motivated her to support women to become influencers against gender inequality, and changemakers. In 2014 she founded her signature event, the AWE Summit, to Give Voice to Women. The event has been present in Zurich, Barcelona, and Porto. In 2017 she founded the Speak Up & Lead Academy, and last June 2019 she founded the Stand Up & Speak Up Challenge to give professionals the opportunity to share their messages with the thrill of competition. Tulia is the author of Leading in High Heels, she is an award-winning speaker and she speaks on different platforms throughout Europe on topics like communication, leadership, diversity, and inclusion. “I’m a creator. If I don't find a door, I build one.”

Vita: Melanie is the Presales Solution Lead DACH & Central Europe at Entersekt, a South African Fintech delivering mobile-first security and authentication solutions. Melanie has extensive experience in the digital payments space with strong leadership and business development skills. Before joining Entersekt, Melanie spent more than five years at Wirecard, where she most recently served as Head of Presales Value-Added Services. Her experience in the payment space covers topics like issuing, acquiring, alternative payments (e.g. Alipay) and value-added service. Alongside her role at Entersekt, Melanie is country ambassador (Germany) for the European Women Payments Network (EWPN), where she helps to grow the network in order to bring more male voices and diversity to the payment industry. Furthermore, Melanie is an active member of Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Munich, where she serves as a mentor.

Vita: Marta Epelde is co-founder and managing partner of EIGHTYDOTS, a digital marketing agency which creates impact on behalf of brands around the globe. Coming from the north of Spain, Marta studied Management and Business Administration in Spain and Sweden before moving to Germany where she’s been living for 14 years. After gathering experience in different companies in the account management field by consulting clients from all over the world, she made the biggest step and decided to found her own company. Since 2018 she is the chapter lead for SheSays Munich, a global organization focused on the engagement, education and advancement of women in the creative industry.
