Vita: Ronja Litz ist bei Schneider Electric als Employer Branding Spezialist – Live Kommunikation eingestellt und ist momentan für die Karrieremessen und Events zuständig. Gestartet hat ihre Schneider Electric Reise 2019 als Werkstudentin im Bereich University Relations. Dort hat sie 20h neben ihrem Masterstudium International Management gearbeitet. Als Teil des Studiums hat sie nach zwei Jahren noch ein Praktikum im Recruiting absolviert und startet Ende 2021 als feste Recruiterin für die Bereiche Field Service und Secure Power. Mittlerweile ist sie seit über drei Jahren bei Schneider Electric tätig und konnte Erfahrungen in den unterschiedlichsten HR-Abteilungen sammeln.

Ihr Studium der Volkswirtschaftslehre hat sie an der Freien Universität Berlin absolviert. Neben Deutsch und Englisch spricht Cordelia auch noch Französisch, Japanisch und Russisch und bringt damit nicht nur Wissen aus den Bereichen Technologie und Energie mit, sondern bereichert Schneider Electric auch im internationalen Kontext.
