Karriere machen in der IT – spannende Wege auch für Nicht-ITlerInnen
Die Schwarz IT ist der digitale Pulsschlag der Schwarz Gruppe und betreut die gesamte digitale Infrastruktur und Softwarelösungen für 550.000 Anwender der Handelssparten Lidl und Kaufland sowie der Schwarz Produktion und PreZero an rund 13.350 Standorten in 32 Ländern. Zu unseren Aufgaben zählen unter anderem die Bereitstellung von IT-Systemen sowie moderne Datenanalyse und Maschine Learning. Im Vortrag bekommen die Teilnehmer einen Einblick in die Themenvielfalt der Schwarz IT und erfahren, welche Karrieremöglichkeiten es insbesondere für Absolventen einer nicht technischen Ausbildung gibt.

Details about the speaker Dr. Silke Gulden
Vita: Dr. Silke Gulden ist Bereichsleiterin für den Bereich People & Change bei der Schwarz IT (Teil der Schwarz Gruppe) und verantwortet dort die IT-spezifische Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung. Gemeinsam mit 60 Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland und weiteren 20 Mitarbeitenden in Spanien, Bulgarien und Rumänien entwickelt sie Aus- und Weiterbildungsformate, Trainingsprogramme und Coachingformate und begleitet interdisziplinäre Teams bei der Umsetzung agiler Arbeitsweisen. Sie studierte Wirtschaftspädagogik an der Universität Konstanz und Rutgers University, USA und promovierte zum Thema Competency-Based Training mit Forschungsaufenthalten in Australien und England. Nach der Promotion begann sie ihre Karriere in der Beratung bei PwC in München und leitete dort verschiedene Projekte im Kontext von Restrukturierungen, Personalentwicklung, agiler Transformation und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle. Die Arbeit mit Studierenden war schon immer eine Herzensangelegenheit, weshalb sie seit mehr als 10 Jahren verschiedene Lehraufträge u.a. an der ISM in München, Hochschule Fresenius München und der Hochschule Heilbronn inne hat. Mit ihrem Mann und ihren zwei Kindern (7 und 10 Jahre alt) lebt sie im Raum Heilbronn. Durch die Begleitung vieler Organisationen und Teams in Veränderungsprozessen hat sie ihre Leidenschaft dafür entwickelt, sich und andere stetig weiterzuentwickeln und ihr Lebensmotto lautet: „When the winds of change blow, some people build walls and others build windmills“ [Chinesisches Sprichwort]
