Sichtbarsein Coaching
"Sichtbarsein Coaching" (Career coaching) offers consulting around all job and career topics for women. The coaching can be in German or English - face-to-face or remote. We can talk in single sessions or more sessions. All topics can be covered: career planning, preparation of salary negotiations or job interviews, how to write applications, how to network or how to find the best moment for a job change. Job crafting and how you build your dream job are also relevant topics. The process is completely individual with specific tipps and exercises, designed to make you successful. The coach is Cindy Walter, long-term leader in the media/marketing industry in international teams.

Erfolgreich den Job wechseln - wie man nach einem Jobwechsel mehr Spaß im Job hat und mehr Geld verdient.
Die Teilnehmer:innen erhalten einen ersten Überblick darüber, wann man einen Jobwechsel in Betracht ziehen sollte und wie man einen Jobwechsel erfolgreich umsetzt. Dazu bekommen sie Inspiration zur optimalen Vorbereitung der Vorstellungs- und Gehaltsgespräche - denn Vorbereitung ist alles. Ein wichtiger Teil der Session wird sein, welche Fragen man sich unbedingt stellen muss - und welche Fehler man keinesfalls machen sollte. Ebenfalls relevant: welches Auftreten (Haltung) kann man einsetzen, um die eigenen Interessen bestmöglich durchzusetzen, und dabei weder konfrontativ noch eingeschüchtert aufzutreten. Mut zum Jobwechsel, Mut zur Karriere!
