Sustainability Strategy: Creating sustainable change in a company
TE Connectivity’s corporate responsibility focus dates back to 2010 and is foundational to our company purpose creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future through our values of innovation, integrity, teamwork, and accountability. As part of our sustainability strategy development, we underwent a target defining process on regional and functional level including all key departments to determine relevant goals on a working level. The collaboration with a third party supplier helped us to achieve the ambitious level and target creation on a functional level. Outcome was a very deep engagement of our people and clear strategic direction.
