Nach dem Studium stellt sich oft die Frage, wie man die eigene Karriere gestalten möchte. Besonders in der IT sind die Schwerpunkte vielfältig und die Unsicherheit dadurch groß. Anhand meiner persönlichen Erfahrung möchte ich euch einen Einblick geben, wie ich als Frau in der IT-Branche Fuß gefasst habe, warum wir uns einfach viel öfter trauen sollten und wie wir Vorurteile aus dem Weg räumen können. In einer gemütlichen Diskussionsrunde mit Kaffee von unserem Stand möchte ich mich mit euch über eure Erfahrungen und Herausforderungen als Frau in einer technischen Branche austauschen.
