Empowerment von Frauen in der Westenergie
Nach wie vor sind Frauen in den Führungsetagen unterrepräsentiert – auch bei uns in der Westenergie-Gruppe. Gleichzeitig wissen wir: Mehr Vielfalt und verschiedene Perspektiven auf allen Ebenen führen zu besseren Ergebnissen.
