Women in Data is a non-profit organization with a mission to increase diversity and inclusion in data careers. By providing awareness, education and advancement to women in the tech industry, they create a community that empowers women and advocates for equal opportunities in the data and AI field. Having started 2015 in Sacramento, California, Women in Data is proud to be an international organization uniting woman in the field. Members can benefit from a community with over 13,500 data lovers, Symposiums, Networking Events and Mentoring Programs.

Vita: Dânia Meira is a Senior expert and mathematician in the data field since 2012 with a Data Science career in Berlin startups where her work focused on ML for predictive analytics. She is also an experienced teacher and mentor. One of AI Guild’s founding members and the #datalift Director, Dânia has surveyed 50+ industry cases. She empowers companies for MLOps and use case deployment. When she's not on the computer, Dânia spends her time on the mats practicing BJJ.

Vita: Asena Kanat did her Bachelor and Master studies in Technology & Management at the Technical University in Munich. After gaining first working experiences in the fields of Sales and Finance & Administration in various Car Manufacturing, Car Technology and SaaS Solution provider companies during her time as a student, Asena started working full time in the B2B sales division in an IT-Hardware solution provider company, mainly being responsible for customers in Germany in the Public Sector and Midmarket. After almost two and a half years, Asena joined the cloud services provider Amazon Web Services as an Enterprise Account Executive driving the digital transformation for Healthcare & Lifescience customers.
