Women in Digital & IT– mein Weg bei ZEISS Digital Innovation
Arbeiten in der IT? Das bedeutet ganz gewiss nicht „nur“ Code zu schreiben und isoliert vor dem Laptop die Tage zu verbringen. Als Teamlead, Product Owner und Business Analystin bei der ZEISS Digital Innovation arbeite ich sehr eng mit internationalen Teams zusammen und stelle mich jeden Tag spannenden neuen Herausforderungen in der strukturierten Entwicklung innovativer digitaler Medizin-Produkte. Hierbei sollte der Input von Frauen in der Software-Entwicklung definitiv nicht fehlen. Also kommt vorbei und ich werde euch zeigen, dass die Arbeit in der Software-Entwicklung aus viel mehr dem Handling von Einsen und Nullen besteht.

Vita: Alina Stein studierte technologie-orientiertes Management an der TU Braunschweig (Master of Science). Danach arbeitete sie 4 Jahre als Consultant im Bereich Digitalisierungsmanagement. Seit Februar 2021 ist sie als Product Owner und Business Analystin bei ZEISS Digital Innovation tätig. Seit April 2022 betreut sie ein Team aus 12 MitarbeiterInnen als Teamlead.
