New Work – welche Bedeutung hat es im Unternehmen?
Every 5 years, CERN thoroughly reviews its social and financial conditions for its personnel, ensuring the working conditions are optimal and adapted to the changing world we live in. Quality of working life and wellbeing are key and CERN ensures it puts everything in place for its people to thrive and grow at work.

New Work – welche Methoden setzen Sie ein?
Following the COVID-19 pandemic experience for example, people can now telework up to 2 days per week, alongside the possibilities e.g. to buy additional leave days, reduce working hours etc. See more on 'How we work' on this link: https://diversity-and-inclusion.web.cern.ch/inclusive-workplace.

Wie beeinflusst und verändert die Digitalisierung ihr Unternehmen?
CERN is the birthplace of the world wide web and new technologies are constantly being developed there. Digitization plays a central role in our work environment. We are constantly pushing the boundaries of science and technology, developing new tools and techniques, transferring skills and knowledge and educating new talent. The best way to find out more is to read the stories of those living the experience: https://careers.cern/our-people.
