Digitalisierung / New Work

New Work – welche Bedeutung hat es im Unternehmen?
We are all humans and have different needs. At Futurice, we are continuously working and improving our ways of working, trying to offer maximum flexibility to everyone.

New Work – welche Methoden setzen Sie ein?
We all work in a hybrid mode. Some need focus time at home, others to pick-up the children earlier, whereas some want to meet their mates in the office and play some table-tennis in-between. Office events and after-work beers on the terrace are great, but there are Futuricians that prefer full remote-work. All of this is perfectly fine! We are all different and this is exactly what makes us an amazing team.

Wie beeinflusst und verändert die Digitalisierung ihr Unternehmen?
Futurice is digital at heart!

Dare to Lead - How to become a great creative leader
As the world around us becomes increasingly complex and challenging, so does our definition of leadership. Expectations are high and demands seem to explode. It can feel truly intimidating to follow this path towards creative leadership. But what if the thing that had the single most impact on your career was not mentioned in a flashy magazine article or renowned management manual? What if everything you ever needed was already there? Along my journey, I learned that the things you do and focus on every day directly influence your future and career trajectory, and that a good design lead can make a huge difference for any company.
