New Work – welche Bedeutung hat es im Unternehmen?
We have been educating leaders to act succesfully in the digital age already for a long time as we see digitalization impacting a lot leadership and collaboration in companies. Pandemia has increased this trend to touch also industries and companies that do not have much experience in digital working. We are happy to help companies adapting to the so called new status quo and provide also tool to support leadership development in the digital age.

New Work – welche Methoden setzen Sie ein?
Since pandemia began, we have used fully virtual teaching at times and hybrid teaching, combinating physical and virtual teaching, in other times. We use the modern digital tools such as Zoom, Teams, Trello, and Miro to collaborate and manage projects virtually. In addition, we have our own digital app called Emma that helps leaders to practice leadership in their daily work. We have also invested on different presenting and specific microphone technologies to support virtual learning and teaching. We are also developing more and more programs which are fully available online - this not just helps our clients to continue learning despite a pandemia but also allows new clients to join literally from all over the world.

Wie beeinflusst und verändert die Digitalisierung ihr Unternehmen?
Already before corona, we were doing remote working as part of our working methods. Pandemia just increased this working style and has proven that we have been equally succesful when working virtually compared to working onsite. We have also seen that virtual working helps our team members to balance work and personal life, and to feel safer in the current turmoil. That being said, our clients still highly value physical learning and networking opportunities, and therefore, we try to provide this when possible.
