Women in Data
Women in Data ist eine internationale Organisation mit der Mission, Diversität in der Tech-Industrie zu erhöhen und unterstützt insbesondere Frauen durch Mentoring Programme, Networking Events und Fachveranstaltungen sich fachlich als auch persönlich weiterzuentwickeln, um Vielfalt und Inklusion im Data Science Umfeld zu erhöhen. Gegründet wurde Women in Data 2015 in Sacramento, Kalifornien, mit der Vision, eine Gemeinschaft zu schaffen, die Frauen fördert und sich für Chancengleichheit im Data und AI Umfeld einsetzt. Durch ein Netzwerk von über 13.500 Frauen aus der ganzen Welt profitieren Mitglieder nicht nur bei der Jobsuche, sondern können auch Kontakte mit herausragenden Persönlichkeiten aus dem Top Management knüpfen.

Vita: Dânia Meira is a Senior expert and mathematician in the data field since 2012 with a Data Science career in Berlin startups where her work focused on ML for predictive analytics. She is also an experienced teacher and mentor. One of AI Guild’s founding members and the #datalift Director, Dânia has surveyed 50+ industry cases. She empowers companies for MLOps and use case deployment. When she's not on the computer, Dânia spends her time on the mats practicing BJJ.

Vita: Asena Kanat did her Bachelor and Master studies in Technology & Management at the Technical University in Munich. After gaining first working experiences in the fields of Sales and Finance & Administration in various Car Manufacturing, Car Technology and SaaS Solution provider companies during her time as a student, Asena started working full time in the B2B sales division in an IT-Hardware solution provider company, mainly being responsible for customers in Germany in the Public Sector and Midmarket. After almost two and a half years, Asena joined the cloud services provider Amazon Web Services as an Enterprise Account Executive driving the digital transformation for Healthcare & Lifescience customers.
