I bet you know so well that little nagging voice: the voice of self-doubt—the internal chatter that tells us we are not ready to lead, not enough of an expert, not good enough at this or that. Everyone has to deal with this voice to some extent. The bad news is that it’s so pervasive that you cannot actually kill it and so much potential has been lost because of it. The good news is that you can tame it quite effectively: you can learn to hear the voice and not take direction from it. And the best news? I’m going to show you the tools to do just that!
