Expand your network, connect to mentors, develop and build your leadership skills with PWN – Make your maternity time count for more
With a successful career in the automotive industry, Dagmara began her second parental leave in September 2017. This time she wanted to dedicate her time both to her newborn as well as herself. Specifically, she wanted to focus on personal development, build up a network, connect with mentors and build up her leadership skills. With PWN she found the perfect match. At PWN, she seeks inspiring speakers for events and helps other teams improve performance. She will reveal how through her volunteer assignment she was able to make her maternity leave count for more.
