Charli is a passionate leader who is responsible for the launch of innovative products and services in the German and Austrian markets. She has extensive experience in business leadership and transformation and will share insights into her career, the transformation of Sky Germany, new ways of working and the importance of female role models during the meet-up.

Vita: Charli Kumar is currently SVP Future Growth at Sky Deutschland and focuses on bringing innovation and new platforms to market, including the introduction of agile ways of working. She has extensive experience in the European media sector, with leadership experience in commerce, strategy and transformation. Prior to her current role, she focused on the rapidly evolving OTT sector, leading two of Sky’s streaming businesses – Germany (Sky Ticket, now WOW) and Spain – as well as key transformation programmes at Sky UK. Her career at Sky builds on her early years in strategy consulting at Marakon Associates in London and New York and her MA in Economics and Management at Oxford University. She is known for her infectious enthusiasm, her ability to simplify and structure complex problems, and her pragmatic approach to delivering results.
