Thema/Themenreihe: Familie & Beruf | Führung & Kommunikation

Juggling between tech lead role and family life
Technical leadership and family life: can we have both? The answer is ‘yes’ assuming a couple of requisites in the ecosystem around us are met. In this Meet Up I would like to share my experience on how I learnt over the years to stay at the forefront of technology, how I focused on becoming a leader and a mentor for younger people around me and how, at the same time, I managed to spend quality time with my family. I am especially looking forward to an open and honest Q&A session with younger female professionals who are experiencing the pressure of having to choose between family and career.
