The behavioural key to leadership: Respond vs React
We will explore how to keep your calm, poise and authority in all situations that require you to be in the lead.
As leader, you are in charge not only of getting something done or a situation resolved, but of other people’s development. They may have totally different personal experiences of situations or challenges. At the same time we also need to develop our own leadership skillset, and do not always have external guidance.
“Respond vs React” is a powerful technique that allows you expand and utilise your behavioural repertoire in a mindful and deliberate manner.
