Working agile in a non-agile organization: Infineon experience
As a spin-off of Siemens Infineon belongs to the more ‘traditional’ companies. Nevertheless, we also want to make use of modern working style like agility. Emira Dautbegovic was one of the first movers who implemented agile methods within her teams. In this Meet Up she will share her learnings out of this experience.

Vita: Emira Dautbegovic graduated from the University of Sarajevo with a degree in Control and Electrical Engineering and crowned her studies with a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Dublin City University. She has now been working at Infineon for about 12 years – first as Staff Engineer Software Development, then as Senior Manager Simulator Development. Emira is an Infineon returnee, having worked as a Development Engineer in 2005. In between her Infineon experience, she has also worked p.ex. at Qimonda in Software Development or as a lecturer at Dublin City University, and gained extensive know-how in the development of numerical algorithms for analog circuit simulation (EDA/CAD) through her diverse experiences. She is a specialist in RF Simulation Algorithms such as Harmonic Balance, Shooting, Envelope and agile working.
