At the same time, it introduces practical challenges – from time zone differences and communication barriers to shifts in team dynamics and leadership demands. Globalization is not a fixed state, but a continuous process that requires adaptability, clear structures, and cross-cultural understanding.
This session explores both the strategic potential and the day-to-day realities of working in global teams – and offers space to share experiences on how to navigate this ongoing journey effectively.
