Her career journey spans international roles, including leading ZEISS Medical Technology surgical ophthalmology marketing strategies and managing global product portfolios for cataract surgery consumables. Since the end of 2018, Laetitia has worked as the ZEISS France Medical Technology Division Head, successfully leading the division to achieve significant revenue growth in six years, organizational stability, and positive development of customer and employee satisfaction. Laetitia is known for her entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, ability to build and empower high-performing teams, creativity and limitless energy. With fluency in French, English, Spanish, and good knowledge in German, Laetitia thrives in multicultural environments.
