Bianca Rech is a former German international footballer, with an active career of over 20 years as a professional footballer. She has played for several German clubs as well as abroad. With the 1.FFC Frankfurt Bianca won three German championship titles, 3 x the DFB Cup and the then UEFA Cup.

She has been in charge of the sporting fortunes of FC Bayern Women since 2016 and has been Director of Women’s Football at FC Bayern Munich since July 2024. In 2022, she was appointed Deputy Chair of the Football Committee by the ECA (European Club Association).

During her sporting career, the qualified sports economist has already worked for various sports organisations and clubs such as UEFA, FIFA and 1.FC Köln.

Born in the Rhineland, she is strongly committed to the development and professionalisation of women’s football. She recognises the possibilities of the sport and wants to use her experience to inspire people for women’s football.
