We believe in a world where equal participation in the workplace is possible and equal opportunities prevail – across all diversity dimensions.

Women have fought for an incredible number of rights in the past decades. But even today, equal participation is still far from being everywhere. The latest forecast of the World Economic Forum goes even further: almost 100 years until professional equality between women and men is achieved – that’s how long it should take. To this we say quite clearly: this must happen sooner!

That is why we have created herCAREER – a career platform that takes into account all aspects of female career planning, including family aspects. As a modern and state-of-the-art platform, herCAREER meets the women where they are currently standing in their professional life – when starting or advancing a career or founding their own company – and supports and strengthens them in their professional environment. By breaking up hierarchical levels and offering the possibility of a direct exchange of experiences with role models, insiders, experts and personalities from business, science, culture, politics and media, the fair consciously stands out from existing formats. No matter whether you are a career starter, manager or founder – the exchange of experience and know-how always takes place at eye level and in a relaxed atmosphere.

About founder & CEO Natascha Hoffner

Natascha Hoffner is the managing director of messe.rocks GmbH, which she founded in 2015. With messe.rocks GmbH Natascha organizes the annual career fair herCAREER. With more than 20 years of experience in the trade fair industry, Natascha was already part of a start-up in the trade fair industry in 2000. She has played a decisive role in the establishment and expansion of numerous leading trade fairs at home and abroad. At peak times, together with the then founder, she was responsible for up to 20 trade fairs and congresses a year and around 100 employees. For more than five years, she served as Managing Director, most recently for two years at a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG. Natascha is a mother of two and lives with her family in Munich.

About the COO Linda Flath

Linda Flath has been involved with messe.rocks and herCAREER from the very beginning. She has also previously worked in exhibition management, e.g. as a project manager at spring Messe Management GmbH (“Arbeitswelt der Zukunft”), where she was responsible for planning and operational implementation of HR exhibitions & congresses, further development of the exhibition concept, support for partners and much more. At herCAREER, she then helped to develop and implement the new exhibition concept together with Natascha. After a professional “excursion” of almost two years in another industry, she rejoined herCAREER, first as Director and since November 2021 as COO. She likes to stay in touch with her friends in the USA and here at home. In general, she is a very sociable person with a great passion for her job and likes to do yoga for balance.
