The networking highlight herCAREER@Night takes place on the evening of the first day of the exhibition. During a dinner, you will meet board members, supervisory board members, entrepreneurs, managing directors, start-ups, business angels, politicians and experts from a wide range of industries who are committed to equal opportunities. This evening is all about exchanging ideas and expanding your professional network. And all in a relaxed atmosphere.
At herCAREER@Night, the focus is on direct and informal exchange. The participating table captains are available for personal discussions with the evening’s participants, as they want to specifically support women in their career planning. The event will be held in German.

Below you will find the table captains for 2024. After registering for herCAREER@Night, you can select a table captain via your Eventbrite account from, October 9. Table Captains will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Alexandra Antwi-Boasiako, a renowned moderator from Hamburg.
She embodies linguistic versatility not only through her multilingualism – including German, French, English, and Twi – but also through her remarkable ability to effortlessly navigate different language codes, registers, and languages. Born in Hamburg to Ghanaian parents, she earned her Master’s degree in Creative & Media Enterprises from the University of Warwick in the UK, blending international perspectives with regional understanding.
As a moderator, she has been leading various events for several years and confidently, charmingly, and humorously guides audiences through congresses, conferences, symposiums, and financial forums.
Alexandra Antwi-Boasiako is known for her rhetorical finesse, innate improvisational talent, and remarkable versatility, standing out as a compelling moderator who brings depth, diversity, and dynamism to every discussion.
