Q&A – Questions & Answers

The ticket gives you access to more than 300 exhibitors, up to 60 presentations & panels and 350 MeetUps, Talks & Labs. The program varies on the two days of the exhibition, which is why not all program points are available to you with a 1-day ticket.

In addition, digital benefits (exhibition matching and digital application portfolio) are included with every ticket (regardless of whether it is a 1-day or 2-day ticket).

No. You can choose on which day you want to visit the exhibition.

No. A transfer is not possible, because each ticket is personalized.

The herCAREER Expo is aimed at students & graduates, employees, women in management positions and founders of start-ups.
Coaches / trainers and HR service providers are welcome as exhibitors or admitted exclusively via the designated ticket category. Acquisition is strictly prohibited (see terms and conditions).

We reserve the right to reject tickets that have been booked incorrectly. Payments made will neither be refunded nor credited to a new ticket price. Therefore, please make sure that you select the correct ticket in the ticket store!

Also a subsequent change of the data is unfortunately not possible.

The exhibition matching happens in the last 2 weeks before the exhibition. There is no more matching at the expo itself. If a person matches with you, it is necessary that you actively approach them and arrange a meeting.
You can upload your application documents at any time via the link to the digital application portfolio. From the beginning of August, you will receive the link together with your visitor’s badge. By scanning the QR code on your visitor badge, you can hand them over to potential employers at the exhibition stand.

Then the price will increase. You can still participate in the exhibition matching. Even if you can no longer benefit from all the matching rounds – it’s worth taking part! Try it out by all means!

Vouchers can only be redeemed on 1-day tickets of the ticket category “Standard”.
Vouchers are not applicable to the ticket category for trainers / coaches and HR service providers.
The voucher code must be redeemed on page 2, before completing registration.

Yes, you can submit your participation in the expo to your employer as educational leave if you come from certain federal states.
More about educational leave

You can pre-register until the end of July. You will receive the confirmation of your ticket registration together with your visitor badge and the access to the exhibition matching and the digital application portfolio from August on. Tickets with pre-registration fees must be paid for in cash at the cash desk on site.
When purchasing tickets from August onwards, you will receive all accesses and your visitor badge via e-mail up to max. 24h after your registration.

Our house rules and general terms and conditions prohibit:

  1. the unauthorized posting, display and distribution of advertising materials
  2. the distribution/cooperation of products and services.

In case of infringement, the organizer will invoice 3,000 euros for the unauthorized advertising and will exercise its domiciliary rights.
