Dr Esther Konieczny

Consultant, Coach, Activist & Author

How do we want to work, live and care for one another? This question is at the heart of Esther’s work as a consultant, coach, activist and author. In various roles, she is committed to a healthy, fair and caring society and working environment.

For over ten years, she has been supporting companies and non-profit organisations in innovation and transformation processes. With a broad methodological repertoire, she strengthens self-organisation skills, supports new forms of collaboration and promotes a practical understanding of New Work.

She also volunteers for a caring society: Esther is co-founder and chair of the board of the ‘Fair für Kinder e.V.’ association. The association fights for tax and financial relief for single parents, the recognition of single parents as equal families, and greater care justice.

She developed her vision of a care-sensitive society together with Lena Stoßberger in the book ‘Arbeit und das gute Leben. Wie wir Wohlstand neu erfinden’ The authors show how companies can operate in a caring manner and thus set new standards for time prosperity, relationship quality and meaning.

In all her activities, she combines expertise with the will to change – and creates spaces where change becomes possible.
