Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development at GEMA

Lena Stoßberger (born 1980) studied business administration and works as an organizational developer and change manager with companies and people who are actively rethinking and shaping the future of work. Her focus is on leadership models, self-organization, new forms of collaboration and mental health.

As a trained psychotherapist, systemic consultant and system-emergent process facilitator, she supports people in developing and strengthening their own experience of self-efficacy in order to actively participate in shaping their working realities. “If we dare to think outside a system of alienation and separation logics, we can negotiate a working reality together in which we can live our full humanity without fear.”

Self-effective and self-directed people are the greatest asset of companies that are successful in the future.

I work with companies to develop structures and models that are based on responsible, committed and interested employees. A benevolent view of people is the starting point for sustainable organizational models. Everything else pushes us back into linear and, in my view, ultimately outdated thought patterns.
