Stefanie Lohaus

Stefanie Lohaus is a member of the management board, head of communications at EAF Berlin and project manager of the alliance “Together against sexism”. Stefanie Lohaus gives workshops and lectures on topics such as work-life balance, women in pop culture and the media, right-wing populism, feminism and demographic change.

As part of her project management of the alliance “Together against sexism”, Stefanie Lohaus has gained practical experience in alliance building between companies, politics and civil society.

She was trained as a trainer for inclusive leadership by Thais Compoint, CEO of Déclic International. She is also a certified Systemic Organizational Consultant and has used her expertise in consulting organizations to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals in the DEI field.

Stefanie Lohaus has also gained valuable experience in training and developing teams, giving workshops and lectures on topics such as work-life balance, women in pop culture and media, right-wing populism, feminism and demographic change. She has published articles on Zeit Online, Vice.com, FAZ and FAS. In early 2008, she was one of the four founders of Missy Magazine, which she ran for ten years as managing editor and of which she is still co-editor today.

As an author and curator, she has used her expertise in communicating complex topics and curated the festival “Body Talk – A Festival about Bodies and Markets, Gender and Visibility in the 21st Century” at the Münchner Kammerspiele. She also co-authored the campaign #ausnahmslos against sexualized violence and racism and is a member of the advisory board “Gender Democracy, Participatory Justice and Anti-Discrimination” of the Heinrich Böll Foundation.
