What is an exchange?

A partner for an exchange is someone who challenges you and helps you develop your skills through practice and feedback. We recommend setting goals and expectations for the exchange and communicating openly and honestly throughout the process.

What is a mentoring?

A mentor is someone who, based on their own experiences and expertise, provides guidance, advice, and support.

Experienced mentors offer individual mentoring in their respective fields of expertise. Apply with a maximum of one page about yourself and your motivation for the mentoring – together with your CV or a link to your Xing or LinkedIn profile. The mentors have indicated how you can contact them the best way. Please refer to herCAREER when contacting them. The mentor is available for up to three (online) meetings for an individual exchange.
