Details about the speaker Olalla Fernández Barrio
Vita: Olalla ist seit 2018 bei cbs und leitet als Consulting Director die Business Unit für SAP-Berechtigungen. Mit über 15 Jahren Erfahrung in der SAP-Beratung ist sie eine Expertin für SAP Application Security und SAP-Berechtigungen.
Was heute eine eigene Business Unit mit über 25 Berater:innen und Standorten in Freiburg und Barcelona ist, begann 2018 mit Olalla selbst: Als sie sich – ohne ausgeschriebene Stelle – bei cbs bewarb, gab es noch keine Berechtigungsberatung im Portfolio. In einem ersten Gespräch wurde jedoch schnell klar: Das kann sich ändern. Olalla baute daraufhin das Thema von Grund auf bei cbs auf und machte es zu einem zentralen Bestandteil des Beratungsangebots. „Wir gestalten und implementieren die Konfiguration, die auf den jeweiligen Unternehmen zugeschnitten ist“, erklärt sie. Heute ist sie nicht nur Expertin für Application Security, sondern prägt die Weiterentwicklung ihrer Disziplin maßgeblich.
Zuvor arbeitete Olalla bei anderen Beratungshäusern, unter anderem als Teamleiterin für Berechtigungen. Ihr Weg zu cbs entstand aus einem privaten Gespräch mit einer ehemaligen Kollegin. Dass sie nun Consulting Director ist und eine eigene Business Unit leitet, macht sie zu einem Vorbild für „Women in IT“ und einem sichtbaren Gesicht des WoMen@cbs Netzwerks.
