Details about the speaker Stefanie Ess
Vita: Stefanie Ess ist seit 2025 Head of HR für den süd-östlichen Bereich bei der Hilti Deutschland AG. Nach ihrem BWL-Studium an der Universität Innsbruck begann sie 2012 ihre HR-Laufbahn als Generalistin. 2015 wechselte sie zu Hilti, wo sie zunächst als HR Business Partnerin tätig war und später als Head of HR für die Logistik umfassende Verantwortung übernahm. Nach ihrer Elternzeit kehrte sie 2024 als HR Senior Project Managerin im globalen Logistikbereich zu Hilti zurück.
