Details about the speaker Dr. Kseniia Gatskova
Vita: Kseniia Gatskova ist seit April 2023 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Forschungsbereich "Migration, Integration und internationale Arbeitsmarktforschung" am IAB.
Davor war sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am IOS Regensburg (2011 – 2023) und Lehrbeauftragte an der OTH Regensburg (2015 – 2016). Sie studierte Soziologie an der Universität Konstanz und schloss 2013 ihre Promotion am Lehrstuhl für Empirische Sozialforschung ab.
Ihre Forschungsinteressen beziehen sich auf Arbeitsmarkt und Berufsforschung, Migration und Integration, soziale Ungleichheiten, Geschlechterungleichheiten, und Familiensoziologie.
Ihre aktuellste Veröffentlichung zum Thema "Arbeitsmarktintegration von geflüchteten Frauen – großes Potenzial und viele Herausforderungen" finden Sie unter www.iab-forum.de.
