Vita: Mein Name ist Saskia Venus und als Expertin für Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) bei der Krones AG bin ich verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und Implementierung eines ganzheitlichen Managementansatzes für Gesunde Arbeit. In meiner Rolle als Fachthemen- und Projektkoordinatorin berate ich deutschlandweit Führungskräfte und Organisationseinheiten zu gesundheitsförderlichen Arbeitsbedingungen und begleite die Umsetzung zentraler Maßnahmen – von der Gefährdungsbeurteilung psychischer Belastungen bis hin zur nachhaltigen Verankerung von BGM-Strukturen im Unternehmen. Mein beruflicher Weg ist geprägt von einem tiefen Verständnis für die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Arbeitsgestaltung, Unternehmenskultur und individueller Gesundheit. Mit einem systemischen Blick auf Organisationen und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch an wirksame Prävention gestalte ich Veränderungsprozesse, die sowohl den Menschen als auch den Unternehmenserfolg im Blick behalten. Was mich antreibt, ist die Überzeugung, dass gesunde Arbeit kein Zufallsprodukt ist – sondern das Ergebnis bewusster Entscheidungen, guter Führung und einer Kultur, die Gesundheit als strategischen Erfolgsfaktor versteht.
