As a competency and service center, the Centre for Digital Sovereignty of Public Administration (ZenDiS) strengthens the digital sovereignty of the federal, state, and local German governments. It supports the public administration in reducing its critical dependencies on individual IT providers. ZenDiS offers expertise, services, and products to promote the digital sovereignty of the public sector. This also includes easy access to modern, powerful, and scalable open-source solutions. ZenDiS bundles the requirements of the public sector and, in collaboration with its partners, ensures that OS solutions are developed according to demand and can be operated reliably.

Seit Anfang 2024 entwickeln wir im Zentrum Digitale Souveränität (ZenDiS) ein Partner und Community Management. Wo fängt man an, wenn es noch keine festen Strukturen gibt? Wie entwickelt man eine erste Strategie und wie geht es dann weiter? Und wie lernt man, Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen der eigenen Community und Partner zu verstehen? Lea Beiermann und Janou Feikens, Partner und Community Managerinnen des ZenDiS, teilen ihre Erfahrungen aus den ersten anderthalb Jahren strategischer Beziehungspflege in ihrer Organisation.

Vita: Lea Beiermann arbeitet als Partnership Lead im Zentrum Digitale Souveränität (ZenDiS). Sie fördert die Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Öffentlichen Verwaltung und dem Open-Source-Ökosystem durch strategische Partnerschaften, in Deutschland und Europa. Sie hat an der Universität Maastricht in Technikgeschichte promoviert und verfügt über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung, Unternehmens- und Technikkommunikation sowie im Community und Partner Management.
Details about the speaker Janou Feikens
Vita: Janou Feikens unterstützt das Zentrum Digitale Souveränität (ZenDiS) als Community Managerin. Zuvor arbeitete sie als Koordinatorin eines landesweiten Hochschulnetzwerks für Open Educational Resources. Mit umfangreicher Erfahrung im Vorantreiben des Wissensaustausch und der Veranstaltungsorganisation unterstützt sie nun die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der openCode Community. Nach Abschluss ihres 2-Fach-Masters Medienwissenschaften und Gender Studies unterrichtete sie mehrere Jahre zum Thema Digitale Medien an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
