Details about the speaker: Dr. Felicia Weber
Vita: Felicia Weber is the Director for Global Innovation Excellence at WACKER Chemie AG. She joined WACKER in 2018 for the management trainee program for chemists. Since then Felicia has coordinated strategic projects within WACKER. After the interdisciplinary trainee position, she took over a manager role in WACKER Polymers Global Application Technology for two years before moving into her current leadership position as Head of Global Innovation Excellence in WACKER Silicones. Her expertise spans innovation methodology and strategy, project management, and intercultural collaboration. Felicia is part of the Design Thinking trainer network at WACKER. She holds a PhD in chemistry from Philipps-University Marburg and the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena and is a passionate mountaineer.
