Details about the speaker: Dr. Inés Lenssen
Vita: As a woman in technology, I’ve always been driven to push boundaries. I studied solid state physics in Aachen and had a great time during my PhD in the research center in Jülich. I joined Infineon Technologies AG in Munich and started my career as a product and process integration engineer. Over the last 25yrs, I´ve been working in different areas, roles and positions at Infineon, mostly leading cross-functional teams being located world-wide across the sites of Infineon. Today, I lead central projects focused on digitalization and target to turn change into opportunities for growth. For this, I´ve been trained n systematic change management. As a working mother, I´m balancing my professional and personal life. I’m grateful for a supportive family and network of friends who share my passions for creativity, travel, and social engagement. I’m committed to giving back to my community through my work on the supervisory board of a young housing cooperative in Munich.
