Over the past 13 years, she has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Global Segment Management, Sales Director EMEA, and Global Marketing Manager in the Silicones division. Her expertise spans strategic planning, transformational leadership, and intercultural collaboration.
Before joining WACKER, she co-founded LEARNZEPT(R), a start-up focused on digital education tools for teachers and students.
Kathrin holds an MBA from the Technical University of Munich and is a Certified Business Coach (Management Forum Wiesbaden).
