With nearly 20 years of experience in people development, Master’s degrees in Economics, a Personal Performance Coaching Diploma, a Corporate Executive Coaching Diploma, and several additional coaching and leadership development-related certifications, Elena brings her knowledge, ability to connect and listen to her coaching and facilitation work.
Her professional background is in Human Resources. Elena worked in an International corporation as a People Development Manager, HR Director_Central Asia and HR Support Manager, responsible for leadership development in the Easter Europe region and later in a much wider territory from Norway to Laos.
During the last 9 years, Elena has been working with Leaders from nearly all over the world, coaching, facilitating, mentoring and consulting on a variety of topics like Leadership Development and Team Management, Effective Communication and Conflicts Resolution, Performance Management and Engagement.
She holds PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials with International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Originally from Kazakhstan, Elena travelled through Siberia, Moscow and London to reach Munich, where she lives today with her British husband and a Polish dog.
