HR professional with more than 10 years of professional experience in different HR areas (recruiting, HR development, talent management, new ways of working). Ex-Amazon, Ex-BCG.

The hybrid working approach “Together@Work” is shaping the way we work at Munich Re. Together@Work fosters Trust, Inclusion, Empowerment and Flexibility. In her role Christina empowers individuals, leaders and teams for hybrid working and new ways of working and support the organization in identifying and building the necessary skill-set.

Gabriele Borck – Consultant Learning & Development:

HR Professional with 30 yrs of experience as HR leader, HR Business Partner, Coach, change manager in global HR projects, organizational and talent development in the banking and finance industry (Dt. Bank, HypoVereinsbank).
Gabriele is currently involved in the design and implementation of MunichRe`s unique approach to hybrid working as well as the change management process around new workplace environments for hybrid work.
Gabriele supports leaders and their teams as well as talents to actively shape this change. She also supports talents in shaping their career in a hybrid working environment which requires a curious mind combined with a willingness to continuously learn and develop – not only business but also personal skills – as well as the courage to make mistakes and learn from them.

Marion Leukel – Project Manager:

Project Manager with more than 10 years’ experience in different strategic positions with focus on strategy, marketing/events, communications, HR planning, employer branding and change management. Diverse background in different areas such as HighTech (Ex-Samsung) as well as consulting. MBA Student for Agile Organizations & Collective Leadership.
